FERAL Terms and Conditions

FERAL is strictly intended for users who are at least 18 years old, legally capable of entering a binding agreement, and not prohibited from using the platform under applicable laws.

By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18+, all information you provide is accurate, and you will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.

FERAL reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of underage use.

FERAL exists to provide a social platform for community interaction, creative expression, events and meetups, marketplace activity, creator and business promotion, and social networking within alternative and LGBTQ+ communities.

FERAL is not intended to facilitate illegal activity, exploitation, harassment, or non-consensual conduct.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, protecting your password, and all activity conducted through your account.

You may not:

• Share accounts
• Sell accounts
• Impersonate others
• Create fraudulent accounts
• Use bots or automated systems without permission

Usernames may not:

• Violate trademarks
• Impersonate public figures or organizations
• Contain hate speech or slurs
• Be misleading or deceptive

FERAL reserves the right to reclaim usernames when necessary.

Users must treat others respectfully and follow all platform rules.

Illegal Activity

• Non-consensual activity
• Distribution of illegal material

Harassment & Abuse

• Threats
• Doxxing
• Stalking
• Hate speech
• Harassment
• Bullying
• Encouraging self-harm

Sexual Content

FERAL may allow adult-oriented discussions or identity expression where legally permitted, but users may not share illegal sexual content, exploitative material, content involving minors, non-consensual content, harass users sexually, or use the platform for coercion. FERAL reserves the right to moderate or remove sexual or explicit content at its discretion.

Marketplace Abuse

• Scam buyers or sellers
• Sell prohibited items
• Misrepresent products
• Engage in chargeback fraud
• Manipulate reviews or ratings

Users retain ownership of content they post, including photos, videos, posts, marketplace listings, artwork, and profile information.

By uploading content to FERAL, you grant FERAL a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, host, store, reproduce, distribute, and promote the content solely for operation and promotion of the platform.

You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to all uploaded content. FERAL may remove content that violates these Terms, Community Guidelines, applicable laws, or safety standards.

FERAL may provide marketplace features integrated with Shopify. Sellers are responsible for product accuracy, shipping obligations, legal compliance, taxes where applicable, and customer communication.

FERAL is not responsible for seller disputes, shipping failures, product defects, refund disputes, or external payment failures. Payments, subscriptions, and billing may be processed through third-party providers including Shopify.

FERAL may offer paid subscription services, including FERAL+, Creator Pro, and Business Pro. Subscription pricing, features, and availability may change over time.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring billing where applicable, agree to Shopify's payment processing terms, and understand subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled.

FERAL reserves the right to modify features, add or remove benefits, and suspend subscriptions for Terms violations.

Businesses using FERAL must provide accurate information, comply with advertising laws, and avoid deceptive marketing. All advertisements are subject to moderation and approval.

FERAL reserves the right to reject advertisements, remove advertisements, suspend business accounts, and limit advertising privileges. Business Pro subscriptions do not guarantee advertisement approval.

FERAL includes community safety systems, but users are responsible for exercising caution when interacting with others online or in person. Users should avoid sharing private information publicly, meet others safely in public spaces, and use personal judgment when attending events or meetups.

FERAL is not responsible for offline interactions, user-organized events, user misconduct, or external harm caused by third parties. Emergency situations should always be directed to local authorities.

FERAL reserves the right to remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, permanently ban users, revoke badges or verification, and cooperate with law enforcement where legally required.

Moderation decisions are made at FERAL's discretion to protect the community and platform integrity.

Founding Member badges are granted only to the first 1,000 qualifying accounts, are non-transferable, and are subject to removal for fraud, abuse, or Terms violations. FERAL reserves the right to revoke badges obtained dishonestly.

FERAL branding, logos, platform design, and software are protected intellectual property.

Users may not:

• Copy the platform
• Reverse engineer systems
• Use FERAL branding without permission
• Create misleading replicas

You may stop using FERAL at any time. FERAL may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, threaten community safety, engage in fraud or abuse, or harm the platform or other users. Termination may occur without prior notice in severe cases.

FERAL is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, continuous availability, or protection from all harmful behavior by users. Use of the platform is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FERAL and its operators are not liable for:

• User disputes
• User-generated content
• Lost profits
• Data loss
• Marketplace disputes
• Offline incidents
• Third-party services
• Indirect or consequential damages

FERAL may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms. Users may be notified of major changes where appropriate.
