FERAL does not sell user information.

FERAL does NOT sell user identities, messages, browsing activity, creator analytics, marketplace activity, location history, profile information, behavioral tracking data, personal information, or community participation records to advertisers, data brokers, corporations, analytics resellers, or third-party marketers.

FERAL is not designed as an advertising surveillance platform.

FERAL may permit NSFW/adult-oriented content for verified adult users who opt into NSFW access. Adult content systems are protected through age verification, NSFW visibility settings, content warnings, restricted discoverability, and moderation systems.

Users who do not verify they are adults or enable NSFW visibility should not be shown adult content feeds.

FERAL strictly prohibits content involving minors, exploitative content, non-consensual content, illegal sexual material, and trafficking/exploitation material.

FERAL reserves the right to blur NSFW content, limit discoverability, remove violating content, and restrict accounts abusing adult content systems.

FERAL is committed to protecting user privacy, freedom of expression, and community trust to the fullest extent legally possible. We do not voluntarily provide user information, private communications, account records, location data, marketplace activity, creator analytics, or platform activity to advertisers, data brokers, private investigators, corporations, third parties, or government agencies without lawful legal process.

Legal Request Standards

FERAL will only review requests for user information when we receive a legally valid and properly served legal demand. This may include search warrants, court orders, subpoenas, or other legally binding judicial process.

FERAL reserves the right to verify authenticity, require proper jurisdiction, challenge requests, narrow scope, refuse overly broad demands, reject improper requests, and protect users from unlawful disclosure where legally possible.

Internal Legal Review

All legal requests may undergo internal legal review before any disclosure is considered. Where legally permitted, FERAL may attempt to notify affected users before disclosure so they may seek counsel and protect their rights.

User Privacy Advocacy

FERAL recognizes that many users belong to communities that may face harassment, discrimination, doxxing, political targeting, social targeting, or identity-based abuse. Where legally permissible, FERAL may advocate for users by challenging excessive requests and prioritizing privacy protections. However, FERAL cannot guarantee that all legal requests can be blocked.

Emergency Situations

Nothing in this Privacy Policy prevents FERAL from taking emergency action to prevent imminent threats of serious physical harm, respond to exploitation or trafficking, address credible threats of violence, comply with mandatory legal reporting, or protect users or the public from immediate danger.

Users are responsible for content they voluntarily share publicly.

FERAL uses reasonable safeguards including authentication protections, encrypted connections, session monitoring, access controls, moderation systems, and abuse prevention systems. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Users are responsible for using strong passwords, protecting login credentials, and practicing safe online behavior.

FERAL may integrate with Shopify, Supabase, authentication providers, cloud hosting providers, and analytics/security services. Third-party providers may maintain separate policies. Users are encouraged to review those policies independently.

Marketplace transactions may involve seller information, order history, shipping details, Shopify customer IDs, and billing records. Sellers may receive information necessary to fulfill orders. Shopify may process transaction information. Fraud prevention systems may review transaction activity. FERAL does not store raw payment card information.

FERAL may review platform activity to enforce community rules and prevent scams, harassment, abuse, and exploitation. Moderation systems may include user reports, automated detection tools, human moderation review, reputation systems, and trust/safety auditing.

FERAL reserves the right to remove content, restrict accounts, suspend accounts, or permanently ban users.

FERAL may retain certain information for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security investigations, financial/accounting requirements, and platform integrity. Retention periods may vary based on legal obligations, safety investigations, and account activity.

Users may request deletion of their accounts. Deletion may remove profile information, uploaded content, public-facing activity, and marketplace listings where applicable. Some records may be retained for legal obligations, fraud prevention, security investigations, or financial compliance.

FERAL may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. Users may be notified of major policy changes when appropriate.
